Daniel is responsible for the analysis, design, development and implementation of KBI’s technology, with a focus on improving customer experience across all stages of the insurance process.
During his 13 years in the Australian insurance industry, he has developed an inside perspective of how technology directly relates to the internal efficiencies of a brokerage and client’s experience. Combining this with a Bachelor of Computer Science has allowed Daniel to gain a unique perspective on what the current and future technological needs of a modern insurance broker should look like.
