Mel has an extensive background in insurance claims and people leadership. With over a decade of experience in the Australian market, starting her career as an underwriter before moving into the claims department of a major insurer. Over the years, Mel has had experience working in the mining and healthcare sectors expanding her knowledge basis, and then has transitioned into insurance brokering as a Claims Manager.
Mel’s role at KBI is providing claims management, advice and dedicated claims support to all KBI clients. Her extensive experience in the industry and understanding of clients’ needs during the claims process will help KBI provide efficient, reliable and professional claims service to our clients.
