Originally from the United Kingdom, Aaron became an Australian citizen in 2017 and has developed a diverse background across retail, freight case management, motor insurance, and home insurance claims administration. This broad experience has provided him with a strong understanding of customer service, risk, claims management, and the importance of delivering practical solutions to clients. They have helped develop his ability to understand client needs, assess risks, and support the delivery of appropriate insurance solutions.
At KBI, Aaron supports the day-to-day management of client insurance portfolios, working across a range of specialised industries including Associations, Not-for-profit organisations, Geoscientist Consultants, and Research Consultants. He assists with coordinating insurance requirements, liaising with clients and insurers, and helping ensure that clients’ insurance arrangements remain responsive to their changing business activities and risk exposures.
