Lauren brings experience across both insurance broking and claims management, with a particular focus on strata and property claims. She began her insurance career in workers’ compensation before gaining valuable experience in a challenging operational role within Corrections. This strengthened her communication, problem-solving and ability to remain calm in complex situations. Lauren later returned to the insurance industry and is now in her second year specialising in strata and property claims.
In her role at KBI, Lauren supports clients throughout the entire claims process, from initial notification through to assessment, settlement and finalisation. She works closely with insurers, loss adjusters, builders, strata managers and other stakeholders to keep claims progressing and ensure clients remain informed along the way.
Lauren is a confident and approachable communicator with strong attention to detail and a practical approach to problem-solving. She is passionate about making the claims process as clear and straightforward as possible while advocating for positive and timely outcomes for her clients.
